Most of the top C Scow teams have arrived to fight for the National Crown. An on the water clinic and practice race took place Thursday afternoon in a nice light breeze. Andy Burdick from Melges and North Sails Zenda was able to help out many boats with sail trim, technique and set up.

The practice race was hotly contested with many boats sailing. Kent Haeger, George Kutchenreuter and Joe Schaub battled the entire way around the course. A fun race!

Many fast fleet veterans are here like Paul Reilly, Kent Haeger, Mark Prange, Bruce Rosenheimer, Scott Helmes, Dave Porter along with many others. They will battle the young rock stars that are moving up in the fleet and already winning big races and events. Younger sailors such as Brian Brickler, Wil Haeger, Craig Leslie, George Kutchenreuter along with several others.
