You may return new, unopened products, for any reason within 30 days of delivery of the product for a full refund (not including shipping and handling). Products being returned must be accompanied with all parts, accessories, and documentation as originally shipped. Products that are incomplete or previously used cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you received a defective product (including damaged in transit) you may request a replacement for that product within 30 days of delivery.
