Black Tie Regatta – New C Boats and New I-1 North Mainsails Rock Dallas!   The new North I-1 Gold Mainsail rocks Dallas with extra speed. The new main won 5 of the 6 races overall and North Sails took top honors and 4 out of the top 5. Way to go North Sails. The new Melges C boats also were 1,2 in the regatta winning all 6 races. Melges Boats Leave Lasting Impression in Annapolis The Annapolis NOOD Regatta was this past weekend and the 3 day regatta was a big hit with the sailors. Great racing, lively parties and fast paced racing. The Melges 32 fleet had 12 boats competing and Joe Woods all the way from Great Britain won the regatta on the last beat of the last race! Joe and his RED team are the East Coast Champions! They also won Sailing World’s boat of the week! Way to go Joe and the Melges 32!!!!! In the competitive Melges 24 fleet Brian Porter racing USA-749 won 3 of the 6 races to win the overall championship! Melges Boats were a hit out east this weekend!!
